I have a question for anybody about the piano hinge on the drivers side rod box. The one closest to the console. The pin that holds this together is coming out
towards the console. Cannot figure out a way to slide it back in short of taking the whole top off. Does anybody know how I might try sliding it back in. Have
tried a couple different thing and does not want to move and do not want to force it.

I had one that did this on my 05 and I was always able to use a screwdriver (flat side to the pin) to push it back in. Some times I needed a second person to
move the lid back and forth to get it lined up.

With this one being where it is, (coming loose towards the drivers console) does not leave you much room to get in there. Maybe what I need is a 2nd person
like you said though to wiggle the lid. With me by myself the pin will not move.

Mine was on the passenger side rod box so I had room to maneuver, but I also used a flathead screwdriver and wiggled the lid. I think if you get an extra
hand that will work for you too.
