has it been balanced and blue printed, could you add some extra lift if i bought it?

It has not been blueprinted not for that price!!

97classic, you'd be better off sticking with tempest plus or trophy plus if you are running a 200 engine... especially if running Dardanelle....unless you
are using as a backup prop. The laser II is a good prop.
