I just wanted to post about a super tournament that OHPPBT and Riverside Marine will be helping set up. Black Jack Cove Marina of Old Hickory Tennessee on Old Hickory Lake has been completley rebuilt and improved(previously Old Hickory Marina). They want to show the anglers that they want them to feel welcome there. Black Jack Cove Marina has a full service facility with parking available for 90 boat trailers and an additional lot for 170 more 400 yards away. They are inviting all fisherman for this affordable event. The marina will open 2 hours prior to the blast off to serve a full breakfast. The tournament will be on May 15th 2010 with a 5:30 am scheduled Blast Off time. The entry fee for pre registration will be $80.00 per boat with a $20.00 optional Big Fish Pot. If you wish to pay at the ramp the entry fee will be $100.00 per boat with the optional $20.00 Big Fish Pot. The $5000.00 is the minimum first place payout. The order of Blast Off will be determined by the order that your entry was received. This is expected to have over a 200 boat field so the money will be great. The full list of details will be available at a later date. Make plans for fishing this event as this is the confirmed date.
