There seems to be division on whether to use special trailer tires or car tires on boat trailers. Gets a little confusioning when both sides seem to have
arguments supported by what appear to be legitimate facts and not just opinion.
BCB - I have seen both used on BassCat rigs. What is your preference and why?

We prefer a high quality passenger tire from experience. The trailer tires are significantly less expensive for us to purchase and if they are less money,
there is a reason. All of the tire manufacturers we use, and have used, are very aware of the use we have planned for them.
