Has anyone mounted a Hummingbird 997 on the side of the console on a Ram mount? Was looking at a P2 and not sure if have enough area on the side to mount it.

Seen them mounted just about everywhere. In the middle of the console, on the side by the gear shifter, on the handrail, etc.

If the boat is a new one, the console is set up for a RAM install on the center of the console. There should be an image of that in either the Sabre FTD, Pantera II or Cougar Advantage Elite web page. BCB Here it is! http://www.basscat.com/CougarAdvantage.html |

This is a 2008 with a Lowrance 520 already installed in the center of the console.
